The company will look to place 8.7-million units priced at C$0.92 each and made up of a variable-voting share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for C$1.35.
The agents have also been granted an option, exercisable in full or in part up to 48 hours prior to the closing date, to sell up to an additional 1-million units at the offering price for additional gross proceeds of up to $933,600.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for the exploration and advancement of its Aura Project in Nevada, as well as for general corporate purposes and working capital.
Shares of the company closed up $0.04 to $1.10 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
