The company issued around 3.6 million premium flow-through units at a price of CA$0.22 each under the third tranche, it said.
Each premium FT unit is made up of a share and one-half of a warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to buy an additional share at CA$0.30 per warrant share until the date which is two years following the closing date of the first tranche of the offering, subject to an acceleration clause, said the company.
The company expects to close a final tranche of the offering by Sept. 11, 2026, it added.
