The company, set up by the state of Rhode Island, owns and operates the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility in Central Falls, which houses as many as 782 inmates under federal contracts, according to the report.
The goal of the Chapter 11 case is to cut more than $100 million in bond debt, restructuring advisor Daniel S. Polsky said in court papers, the report said.
