The ride-hailing giant will pay 20 euros ($23.56) per share for total gross proceeds of about 270 million euros.

The sale is part of the European Commission approval of Prosus' acquisition of Just Eat Takeaway.com, subject to commitments by Prosus to "significantly" lower its stake in Delivery Hero, the company said.
