Salesforce Broadens Alliances With Nvidia, Google Cloud, AWS for Enterprise AI Integration

The company on Tuesday annouced its AI model Koa, built by post-training Nvidia's Nemotron 3 Super with a proprietary dataset modeled from nearly three decades of deployments. Koa uses Salesforce's proprietary synthetic customer relationship management data set and Nvidia's alignment software stack.

The companies said Salesforce will control the fine-tuned model weights and host both post-training and live inference within its own infrastructure boundary, preventing customer data from being transferred to external AI provider endpoints or crossing security zones.

Under the partnership, Nvidia will also integrate open models and accelerated compute into the Missionforce suite to enable government and regulated entities to train, tune, and deploy agents on private clouds, classified networks, and air-gapped systems.

Separately, Salesforce's Hyperforce platform will run natively on Google Cloud's infrastructure as both companies integrate their AI ecosystems, allowing for Salesforce capabilities within Gemini Enterprise and Gemini models inside Agentforce.

Salesforce will begin migration of US customers to Hyperforce Cloud in the fourth quarter, according to Google Cloud.

Partnership with Amazon Web Services will enable Salesforce to bring its business context data directly to the AI assistant Amazon Quick, embed AWS frontier agents for DevOps, security, and sales partners into the Slack platform, and give Agentforce customers access to Amazon Bedrock's models.

Earlier in September, Truist Securities said that Salesforce rebuilt its AI strategy around four foundational layers -- trust, action, agency, and interface -- to power its vision for the agentic enterprise. "We believe the architecture reinforces Salesforce's broader strategy to own the trusted context and action layer of the enterprise while allowing customers flexibility around the models, agents, and interfaces they use," the investment firm said.

Shares of Salesforce, Amazon and Alphabet were down 1% to 2% in Tuesday trading, while Nvidia was 0.4% higher.
