Samsung Electronics will invest $500 million, with Samsung C&T, Samsung SDS, Samsung SDI, Samsung Life Insurance and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance investing the remainder, the companies said.

Other founding investors in Helix include KKR, the Kuwait Investment Authority, NVIDIA and US power company Vistra, according to the statement.
